The technological infrastructure is based on cloud environments with daily backups and upgrade mechanisms, ensuring high availability. FDL provides SLAs for platform uptime, as well as custom dashboards and real-time KPI reporting. Data security is a top priority: SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, controlled access, GDPR-compliant policies, and continuous security audits are implemented to prevent breaches.
