The FDL Group implements a holistic security policy at all levels of operation, aiming for the complete protection of its people, infrastructure, and the cargo it manages. We offer the option of cargo insurance coverage through an All Risk program, ensuring financial compensation in cases of damage or loss, at a low cost to the customer. In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, our clients can contact us immediately to initiate the compensation and internal investigation process, while a credit invoice is issued where appropriate.
FDL implements strict security and crisis management procedures, which include staff training in fire safety, first aid, and emergency incident response. We use tamper-evident packaging materials and sealing applications, while facilities and trucks are protected with CCTV cameras and advanced alarm systems. At the same time, specialized measures are provided for high-value cargo, such as GPS and RFID tracking, restricted access to dedicated storage areas, and driver and security personnel training according to standards such as TAPA FSR.
Data protection is ensured through the use of technologies such as SSL/TLS, firewalls, and regular internal system audits. The company’s security personnel play an active role in monitoring facilities, supervising loading and unloading operations, controlling access, and responding immediately in case of a crisis. Appropriate security levels are applied to each product category — ranging from ISO and BIO certifications to refrigerated chambers with temperature recorders and licensed warehouses for sensitive or high-tax-value goods.
FDL’s security policy is designed to prevent, detect, and address any potential risk, providing its partners with a sense of assurance and continuous control.
